Lace Wigs Canada Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Lace Wigs Canada! To ensure complete customer satisfaction, all lace wigs are carefully inspected for defects before shipping.

Full refunds are not offered and all sales are final. We offer exchange and store credit on unworn lace wigs and hair extension products within a 24 hour time period upon receiving your order.

All exchanges must be in original condition and packaging wigs must not be worn, brushed, combed, cut, colored or had products or heat applications applied. The lace can not be cut as well.

To complete the exchange, the customer will be responsible for sending the unaltered and undamaged wig back to Lace Wigs Canada in its original packaging. We advise that you return the package with a signiture delivery confirmation and insurance. Please note that Lace Wigs Canada is not responsible for lost packages.

To avoid any returns please check your order:

  1. Check color.
  2. Check the length.
  3. Type of wig style; for example, with bangs or side part.
  4. Lace color.
  5. If needed, thin skin around the perimeter and color of thin skin.
  6. Wig density.
