We currently ship all orders through UPS and FED EX. Please make sure you give the correct address. We are not responsible for delays or missed shipments when the address is incorrect.
Any taxes, duties or brokerage fees are the purchaser's responsibility and, unfortunately, cannot be estimated prior to shipping.
If your package is lost in transit by the carrier while in the carrier's possession, your order will be replaced once a claim is processed with said carrier. Packages require a signature for delivery.
When your package is sent out a corresponding email of your order will be sent out so that you may be able to track your order via its tracking number.
